Cito Event in DK

GC3CJ9G – CITO Ballerup 10år
Today I have been to my first CITO event ever. It was quite nice and I have been CITOing with two other geocachers (thovijak and henrikhansen51) and as a result have to solve at least three mysteries we have found, which I have not had a look at until today.

Most of the caches we found where rather unspectacular, but out of the 14 geocaches released today we have only found one (Fiskehejre – GC3F1TR). But we did not try the others in any case.

GC1EQ0J – Damgårdsparken
I have tried this one just a few days ago. As I learned today it had been muggled back than, but now, for the event it had been replaced.

GC3D85Y – Lewis Carroll for begyndere
As with the two other mystery caches I had not solved the riddle when we found them, but I have done so now. At the second attempt the GeoChecker gave me a go – one should not overlook the first * 😉

GC13JDE – Digterparken
I liked this one. It should have been easy enough to find but on my first attempt two days ago I walked right past the box. Well, today we came with six eyes instead of only two, that helped a lot.

GC3DB60 – Flykending for Begyndere
Just like with the other mysteries I had not solved it before finding it. I have however done so now. But I did have some problem with the gade in the beginning. I thought it would be a sort of reverse gade but that was easily solved.

GC1Y93G – Dinosaur marken
Well, that one was easy enough. But where the German wikipedia would not help the danish did.

GC3F1TR – Fiskehejre
Even with all the people having been all over the place we did not get the trash that was all around this new cache. So, I guess there would be the opportunity for jet another CITO event. But then again, I guess as sad as it is, we will likely never get into a situation where there is not enough trash around for a CITO event.

Thanks for all the work that went into organizing the event and for making all these caches too.
